This T track is precision extruded and is 36" long, 3/8" thick, and 3/4" wide. The inside groove will accept standard 1/4" hex bolts, 1/4" T bolts or 5/16" T bolts. Pre-drilled countersunk holes 3" from each end and then every 6". Accepts #6 screws.  Screws not included.
